摘要
随着航天发射任务愈发频繁,在每次发射任务前科学合理且快速地为各岗位定员工作尤为重要。以往的任务定岗通常是通过决策者的主观判断进行确定,不仅缺乏一定的科学合理性,且费时费力。因此,为使任务定岗科学合理且快速高效,该研究利用Python语言对航天发射任务人岗匹配系统进行了程序设计。该程序设计中首先利用了层次分析法(AHP)对岗位人员能力进行了量化评分排序;其次将任务需求与人员能力、历史经验、在岗状态进行了综合分析匹配;最后将三套最优的匹配结果输出,供决策者参考使用。
As space missions become more frequent,it is very important to staff each position scientifically,reasonably and quickly before each launch mission.Previous assignments were usually determined by the subjective judgment of the decision maker,this is not only lack of scientific rationality,but also time-consuming and laborious.Therefore,in order to make the mission assignment scientific,reasonable,fast and efficient,in this paper,Python language is used to design the man-post matching system for space launch mission.This program first uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to rank the ability of the post personnel.Secondly,the task requirements are analyzed and matched with personnel capability,historical experience and on-the-job status.Finally,three sets of optimal matching results are output for reference by decision makers.
