摘要
提出评价水资源承载能力的指标体系和一种基于最大可支撑人口的水资源承载能力分析模型,通过分析水资源可利用量、生态和环境需水量、人均生活和GDP需耗水量,可以获得区域最大可支撑人口数量,进一步可以得到水资源承载能力的评判。文中以西北地区为例进行了分析,计算结果合理。
It presents the evaluation index system for load capacity of water resources and one kind of analysis model based on maximum supportable population. By determination of utilization amount of water resources, the water demand of ecoenvironment, the average water consumption of life and economy per capital, the maximum supportable population can be computed and then the load capacity of water resources can be determined. Examples for northwest regions of China are given, the results obtained are reasonable.
