摘要
"十五"至"十二五"期间,为了贯彻落实政治指导思想,适应社会宏观经济变革,推进职业教育改革与发展,中职师资培养的总体目标从宽泛到聚焦,规模、素质、培训体系的关注点经历了由量到质的演变历程。决策主体从一元到多元,符合公众基本利益,促进区域均衡发展是中职师资培养目标演变的价值诉求。"十三五"期间,中职师资培养目标将会更加契合相关主体的利益诉求,树立以创新为发展理念,提高师资培养质量标准,实现卓越教师培养。
During the period of ＂The 10th Five-Year＂ plan to ＂The 12th Five-Year＂ plan, in order to implement the political guiding ideology, adapt to the of macro-economic transformation and reformation and development of vocational education, the objective of teachers cultivation in Secondary Vocational Education from broad to focus, the focus point of the scale, diathesis, training system has gone a process from quantitative change to qualitative change. The decision-making subject has gone from centralized to diversification, and it can satisfy the public basic interests, the value appeals of objective of teachers cultivation in Secondary Vocational Education is to promote the balanced regional development. During the period of ＂The 13th Five-Year＂ plan, the objective of the teachers cultivation in Secondary Vocational education will be more scientific and democratic, establishing the concept of innovation, improving the quality standard of teachers training, achieving the cultivation objectives about the excellent teachers training program.
