摘要
城乡职业教育一体化发展的重要前提条件是建设城乡职业教育发展共同体。对"城乡职业教育共同体"进行价值探寻,发现其存在能够促进"农村职业教育功能定位从单一短视到长远多元,城乡职业教育发展局面从对立博弈到双向协同,城乡从二元分裂到城乡一体、交互共生"等多重建构价值。为此,基于共生理论的城乡职业教育共同体包括"共生单元""共生模式""共生环境"等要素,其运行机制是:创新外部政策配置,形成现代治理制度,建立协同协商机制,打造文化同构格局。
An important prerequisite for the integrated development of urban and rural vocational education is to build an urban and rural vocational education development community.The urban and rural vocational education community has important constructive values such as"promoting the functional positioning of rural vocational education from single short-sightedness to long-term diversification,promoting the development of urban and rural vocational education from opposing game to two-way coordination,promoting urban and rural split from duality to integration of urban and rural areas and mutual symbiosis".The organizational structure of the urban and rural vocational education community includes the factors of symbiosis unit,symbiosis model and symbiosis environment,etc.,and its operating mechanism include:innovating external policy configuration,forming a modern governance system,establishing a coordinated negotiation mechanism,and creating a pattern of cultural isomorphism.
