户籍制度改革中进城农户城市融入感及影响机理——基于定居重庆市主城区472位“新市民”的调查被引量：14

URBAN INTEGRATION AND INFLUENCE MECHANISM FOR CITY FARMERS IN THE REFORM OF HOUSEHOLD REGISTRATION:AN INVESTIGATION BASED ON 472 ''NEW CITIZENS'' IN THE MAIN URBAN AREA OF CHONGQING

摘要本文基于重庆市户籍制度改革以来转户进入主城区农户的调查数据,运用probit回归分析模型,对定居主城区的农户城市融入感及影响机理进行分析。研究结果表明,转户定居重庆主城区的农户生活水平有了巨大提高,但城市融入感普遍较弱,大部分仍处于半市民化状态。农户要完全融入城市需要一个过程,就时间上来看,18.6%的样本农户只需要1年时间,高达69%的样本农户需要3至5年;影响新市民城市融入感的因素非常多,其中,农户的文化程度、农户的转户进城时间、家庭收入水平、工作情况、居住条件等因素对转户进城农户的城市融入感有正向显著作用,农户的年龄、家庭人口数量、家庭老人小孩数量、是否感觉被歧视等因素对农户的城市融入感有负向显著作用。 The reform of the household registration system has opened a new door for farmers to settle down in the city. Based on the survey data of the farmers transfering household registration into the main urban ar- ea,since the reform of the household registration system in Chongqing city, using the probit regression analy- sis model, this paper analyzes the farmers＇ sense of urban integration and influence mechanism in the main urban area. The results show that the living standard of the farmers in the main urban area of Chongqing has been greatly improved, but weak sense of urban integration, most of the farmers are still in the state of semi- citizen. From the factors that affect the integration of farmers into the city, their education level, the settle- ment time in the city, the level of household income, personal income, family living conditions, participation situation of community activities, awareness of policy and other factors, all of which have a positive effect on their sense of urban integration for urban farmers.
