摘要
孙伟教授业医40余载,辨治慢性病的临床经验丰富,疗效颇佳。虽慢性病的病机错综复杂,症状繁多,但病机主要在本虚标实,孙师用药如用兵,先重视顾护正气,然后再随证加减,活法在指间,活机寓心上。同时特别重视理性看待化验指标、因势利导而攻邪,强调治病贵守神、长治则久安,倡导微动四极、未病先防,故四海病人皆无恙。附验案1则以佐证。
SUN Wei has been practicing medicine for more than 40 years and has rich clinical experience in treating chronic diseases with good efficacy.Although the pathogenesis of chronic diseases is complicated and the symptoms are numerous,the pathogenesis mainly lies in the deficiency of the origin and the excess of the superficiality.If SUN used medicine as a weapon,he first paid attention to protecting the vital Qi and then added or subtracted according to the syndrome.The treatment is in the surface,the principle of the treatment is in the heart.At the same time,he pays special attention to the rational treatment of laboratory indicators,according to the situation and guide to attack evil.The emphasis is on the treatment of diseases and the protection of the divine,and long-term treatment is stable.Moderate exercise and prevention before disease are advocated.Therefore,all the patients in the world are healthy.In support of this,case 1 was attached.
