摘要
少阳与胰腺生理功能相关、经脉循行相连、胰腺与胆腑管道相通,故试以胰腺类比少阳;认为邪犯少阳,枢机不利,木郁化火为AP的发病基础,郁火内袭,燔灼内外是AP的主要病机演变,从少阳郁火内犯,阳明热势鸱张、膜原湿热壅滞、血分瘀热内结、太阴阳明并病的角度,探讨急性胰腺炎及其并发症的治疗,确立"和解少阳,通腑导滞"的治法,并制定相应方剂,为急性胰腺炎的中西医结合诊治提供思路。
Shaoyang channels are associated with pancreas in physiological function and running course of channel. What＇ s more,pancreatic ducts are connected with bile ducts. On the basis of the above,pancreas is suggested to be subordinate to Shaoyang channel. Obtaining that ＂Pathological factors invasion of Shaoyang meridians, causing the imbalance of pivot Shaoyang, stagnation of wood transforming into fire＂ is the invading foundation of AP, ＂stagnated fire inward invasion of internal organs, raging fire damage the body inside and outside＂ is the main pathologicalsectors. At angles of pathogenesis evolution of Shaoyang diseases, stagnated fire of Shaoyang, intense heat of Yangming, damp - heat in pleurodiaphragmatic field（ Moyuan）, heat accumulation in blood system ,Taiyang and Yangming complication, this thesis inquires into the treatment of acute pancreatitis and its complication, aiming at providing therapeutic thought for acute pancreatitis with integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
