摘要
在少阳气郁向火郁、水郁转变的过程中,中气的盛衰发挥了重要的作用。中气盛则邪易化热,中气虚则邪易化湿,即中气实则病在少阳胆,中气虚则病在少阳三焦。阳旺之躯,少阳气郁多转为火郁;阴盛之体,少阳气郁多转为水郁。少阳枢机不利,经气郁滞,于少阳胆而言主要是少阳郁火,郁火内燔,兼有卫、气、营、血四个不同的层次,故临证应在和解少阳的基础上,根据卫气营血的浅深层次予以透表、清气、凉营、凉血散血等法;少阳枢机不利,三焦决渎失司,则表现为水郁三焦,水邪为流动之品,有蓄于上中下三焦之不同,治应在和解少阳的基础上,根据其部位之不同配合宣上、畅中、渗下等法;少阳胆经郁火与三焦离经之寒水互结,水火胶结,酿湿生热,易犯太阴、阳明,临证应根据湿热的侧重不同,在和解少阳的基础上酌情配合燥湿、清热等法。
During the process of qi depression of shaoyang transforming into fire depression and water depression,the waxing and waning of qi of middle energizer plays a key role. When qi of middle energizer is exuberant,the pathogenic factors tend to transform into heat; when qi of middle energizer is deficient,the pathogenic factors tend to transform into dampness. It means excessive qi of middle energizer cause shaoyang disease of gall bladder while deficient qi of middle energizer cause shaoyang disease of triple energizer. For people with yang excess,qi depression of shaoyang tends to transform into fire depression; for people with yin excess,qi depression of shaoyang tends to transform into water depression. For shaoyang meridian of gallbladder,the obstruction of qi activity of shaoyang and meridian qi depression are mainly due to depressive fire of shaoyang complicated with the four levels of defensive,qi,nutrient and blood. Therefore,Clinically on the basis of harmonizing shaoyang,relieving the exterior,clearing qi,cooling nutrient level,cooling blood and dispersing blood stasis should be applied according to the depth of the location of the disease. For the obstruction of qi activity of shaoyang and malfunction of the triple energizer in governing water circulation,it manifests as water depression in the triple energizer. Since water pathogen flows and retains in the different areas of the upper,middle and lower energizer,dispersing the upper,unblocking the middle and removing water retention of the lower should be applied according to the different locations of the disease on the basis of harmonizing shaoyang. The fire depression of shaoyang meridian of gallbladder intermingles with the cold water,and then generates damp heat,which tends to attack taiyin and yangming. Clinically,drying dampness and clearing heat should be combined on the basis of harmonizing shaoyang.
