摘要
目的探究内科综合治疗对急性胰腺炎后胰腺假性囊肿的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2015年8月—2017年6月的90例被临床诊断为急性胰腺炎后胰腺假性囊肿的患者,采用内科综合治疗,通过观察患者临床疗效以及出现的不良反应,分析内科综合治疗手段对急性胰腺炎后胰腺假性囊肿的治疗效果。结果 90例胰腺假性囊肿患者中治愈66例;病情好转17例;病情恶化,出现继发感染7例。90例患者中出现不良反应者10例,其中包括恶心、一过性血、尿淀粉酶升高等,但多数症状变现轻微。结论对急性胰腺炎后胰腺假性囊肿患者进行内科综合治疗,能获得良好的临床疗效,患者出现不良反应较少,值得临床医生推广采用。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of comprehensive treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst after the acute pancreatitis in the department of internal medicine. Methods 90 cases of patients with pancreatic pseudocyst after the acute pancreatitis in our hospital from August 2015 to June 2017 were convenient selected, and used the comprehensive treatment in the department of internal medicine, and the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions of patients were observed, and the effect of comprehensive treatment means for patients with pancreatic pseudocyst after the acute pancreatitis was analyzed. Results Of 90 cases, 66 cases were cured, 17 cases were improved, and 7 cases had the secondary infection, and of 90 cases, 10 cases had the adverse reactions, including the nausea, transient elevated blood and urine amylase levels, but most symptoms became mild. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment in the department of internal medicine for patients with pancreatic pseudocyst after the acute pancreatitis can obtain a good clinical curative effect, with fewer adverse reactions and it is worth promotion and application in clinic.
