摘要
目的采用超分子化学原理,建立一种天然产物的分离纯化的方法。方法采用水提法得到葛根素粗提物,通过与糖精形成超分子复合物,再调节溶液pH值,得到葛根素结晶。结果葛根素结晶纯度为98.65%,总得率为40.13%。结论该法操作简单,安全环保,回收率和纯度高,在天然产物分离纯化方面具有良好的应用前景。
Objective To build a method for purification of natur products by supramolecular chemistry.Methods Crude extract of puerarin was prepared through water extraction.Puerarin crystal was purified through forming supramolecular complex with saccharin and adjusting pH of the solution.Results The purification of puerarin crystal was 98.65%,and total yield was 40.13%.Conclusion This method is simple and environmentally with highryield and puri and has extensive prospects on nature products purification.
