三七粉配方颗粒的比较和改良研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的三七为五加科植物三七的干燥根和根茎,用药历史悠久,治疗范围广,市场需求量大,为名贵中药材。本研究旨在解决三七粉配方颗粒溶化性、悬浮度差的问题,从而提高三七总皂苷的含量。方法采用薄层色谱法对三七薄层进行鉴别,采用色谱条件与系统适用性试验对三七总皂苷含量进行测定。选用不同厂家三七饮片进行三七总皂苷含量测定以探究原料产地规格对三七总皂苷含量的影响。采用不同打粉粒径、添加不同制粒辅料对三七溶化性、悬浮度和口感进行研究。并对其安全性进行分析。结果本研究旨在通过原料研究、工艺研究等手段,改进感官体验、质控水平、有效性和安全性相关的对比试验,如性状观察、质控水平对比、薄层鉴别、含量测定、重金属农残检测等,从而解决三七粉配方颗粒溶化性、悬浮度差的问题,从而提高三七总皂苷的含量。结论结合产地进行研究,三七总皂苷含量与头数之间不存在直接相关性,文献研究结果与实验室研究结果一致,三七总皂苷含量在规格方面没规律性。对比旧品,粉碎过200目的三七粉配方颗粒溶化性变好,不成絮团而成均匀絮状不溶物,悬浮度变好,分层速度变慢,口尝无絮团感。新工艺三七粉配方颗粒气味最浓,溶化时有很多气泡,悬浮度较好,溶液气味和味道较浓,但溶化速度较慢,尝末细砂感较明显,改良的三七配方颗粒效果显著优于前述三七颗粒。新三七粉配方颗粒溶化时气泡适量,悬浮度较大多数较好,颗粒气味、溶液气味和溶液味道较大多数浓郁,同时溶化速度没有明显很慢,感官体验整体优于各三七粉配方颗粒,消费者体验明显提升。三九三七粉配方颗粒重金属农残各项均符合药典相关规定,安全性有保障。 Objective Panax notoginseng is the dried root and rhizome of Panax notoginseng,which has a long history,a wide range of treatment and a large market demand.The purpose of this study is to solve the problem of poor solubility and suspension of Panax notoginseng powder,in order to improve the content of total saponins of Panax notoginseng.Methods TLC method was used to identify the panax notoginseng thin layer.Chromatographic conditions and system applicability test were used to determine the total saponin content of panax notoginseng.The total saponin content of panax notoginseng from different manufacturers was determined to explore the influence of raw material origin specifications on the total saponin content of panax notoginseng.The solubility,suspension degree and taste of panax notoginseng were studied by using different powder sizes and adding different granulator.And its security is analyzed.Results The purpose of this study was to improve the sensory experience,quality control level,effectiveness and safety by means of raw material research and process research.Such as character observation,quality control level comparison,thin layer identification,content determination,heavy metal agricultural residue detection,to solve the problem of poor solubility and suspension of Panax notoginseng powder,improving the content of total saponins of Panax notoginseng.Conclusion According to the study based on the origin,there is no direct correlation between the total saponin content of panax notoginseng and the number of head.The results of the literature study are consistent with the results of the laboratory study,and the total saponin content of panax notoginseng is not regular in terms of specifications.Compared with the old products,the granule of panthenoginseng powder formula after crushing over 200 mesh has better solubility,no flocculation and becomes uniform flocculent insoluble substance,the suspension degree is better,the layering speed is slower,and the mouth taste no flocculation.The new process notoginseng powder formula particles smell the strongest,there are many bubbles when dissolved,the suspension degree is good,the solution smell and taste is strong,but the melting speed is slower,taste the sense of fine sand is more obvious,improved notoginseng formula particles effect is significantly better than the aforementioned notoginseng particles.When the formula particles of new pseudo-ginseng powder were dissolved,the bubbles were adequate,the suspension degree was better than most,the particle smell,solution smell and solution taste were more intense than most,and the dissolution speed was not significantly slow.The overall sensory experience was better than the formula particles of different pseudo-ginseng powder,and the consumer experience was significantly improved.All the heavy metal pesticide residues in sansanqi powder formula particles comply with the relevant provisions of the pharmacopoeia,and the safety is guaranteed.
