摘要
针对某车型,依据实车车身用UG建立了该车型整车的三维实体模型,利用Hypermesh进行了网格划分,建立其有限元模型,导入有限元分析软件ANSYS 13.0求解了该车辆在冲击载荷作用下的瞬态动力学特性,获得了乘员Z方向位移和加速度曲线,整车Z方向位移和加速度曲线并分析了车辆的振动加速度对乘员舒适性的影响,为该车型的NVH优化设计提供了理论参考,具有实际的经济研究价值。
A Three-dimensional entity model for a car was set up by UG based on the vehicle body. The FE model was built through meshing the model. The transient dynamic characteristics under impact load were got by ANSYS13.0. The curve of acceleration and displacement of people and the vehicle was got,which provided a theoretical reference for the optimization design of the car and has the actual economic research value.
