摘要 为探讨悬架系统对乘员舒适性及车辆造成道路破坏程度的影响规律,建立了能反映四轮随机输入下车辆振动状况的十自由度三维空间模型,根据行驶平顺性和道路友好性各自评价指标进行了数值仿真,分析了悬架刚度、阻尼值对平顺性和道路友好性的影响,并在现有悬架参数基础上提出了改善二者的合理性建议:应稍减小后悬架刚度,减小前悬架阻尼至最佳阻尼值,适当增加后悬架阻尼值。 A three-dimension spatial model with 10 degrees of freedom and four-wheeled random road displacement inputs is built to discuss the relationship between suspension, ride comfort and road damage. The ride comfort and road friendliness are simulated according to their own criteria and the influence of suspension stiffness and damping upon them is analyzed. Reasonable suggestions are put forward on the basis of the present suspension parameters that rear suspension stiffness should be decreased and front suspension damping be modulated to the optimal value, but rear suspension damping be increased as appropriate.
