摘要
"互联网+"时代已经来临,高校图书馆要提高其适应性,实现其发展目标与战略规划,必须有建立能够支撑目标实施的组织结构。文章分析了高校图书馆组织结构的演变历程;"互联网+"时代对图书馆组织结构的要求;提出"互联网+"时代图书馆组织结构的适用模式有:矩阵制、流程型、网络型。
As the internet plus era has come, University library must be provided with the suitable organization structure to improve its adaptation to realize its development strategy. The paper has analyzed the evolution course of university library organization structure and the intemet plus era＇s requirements for library organization structure. The paper has also proposed the adaptive mode of university library organization structure in the internet plus era, such as matrix system, process model, network model.
