摘要
数字时代高职院校图书馆机构创新改革具有重要意义,有利于打破数据信息封闭落后的局面,推动图书馆信息资源共享,为广大读者提供智能化服务。但目前高职院校图书馆机构创新改革存在不足,主要表现为机构设置不合理、管理制度不健全、优秀人才不充足。为破解这些难题,顺应数字时代的要求,有必要优化图书馆机构设置,创新完善管理制度,实现图书馆服务智能化,并重视优秀人才培养,为数字时代图书馆机构创新改革提供支撑。
In the digital age,the innovation of library institutions in higher vocational colleges is of great significance,which is conducive to breaking the situation of closed data and information,promoting the sharing of library information resources,and providing intelligent services for readers.However,there are deficiencies in the innovation of library institutions in higher vocational colleges,mainly due to the unreasonable institutional setup,the imperfect management system,and the insufficiency of talents.In order to solve these shortcomings and comply with the requirements of digital age,it is necessary to optimize the establishment of library institutions,innovate and improve management system,provide intelligent library service,and attach importance to cultivation of excellent talents,so as to provide support for the innovation of library institutions in digital age.
