摘要
为揭示充填料浆自流输送的本质条件,对原有充填倍线定义提出了修正定义,即充填倍线为从系统入口至出口的任一点管道长度与垂直高差之比的最大值,并引入单段竖管长度和反坡输送作为充填倍线的补充,通过理论分析和工程应用验证,新的充填倍线定义能准确表征复杂充填系统的输送条件,为矿山设计与生产管理提供可靠依据。
In order to discover a substantial condition in gravity transport of hydraulic filling, the filling gradient was redefined as the maximum ratio of pipe length at any point from entry to exit of filling system to vertical height. And single vertical pipe length and reverse slope transport height of pipeline were introduced into as a supplement. Theoretical analysis and engineering application proved that the new definition of filling gradient could accurately characterize complex transport condition of hydraulic filling, and provided the basis for mine design and production management.
