充填倍线对浆体管道自流输送的影响 被引量:7

ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF FILLING TIMES LINE ON SLURRY PIPELINE GRAVITY TRANSPORTATION

摘要 针对充填料浆在管道自流输送过程中所出现的问题,通过应用浆体管道输送的水力学特性理论推导、数值模拟和现场实际观测等技术手段,深入分析了充填倍线、垂直高差以及充填料浆出口速度三者之间的关系。推导出料浆在相同充填倍线条件下出口速度与进出口垂直高差的关系式,并验证了其正确性。最终得出结论:1)充填倍线一定时,料浆出口速度随着垂直高差的增大而增大;2)垂直高差一定时,料浆出口速度随着充填倍线的增大而减小。 The author explores the relationship between the filling times line,the vertical elevation difference of slurry inlet and outlet point and the outlet velocity in view of the problems associated with gravity transportation of backfilling slurry by pipelines by using methods of theoretical derivation based on hydraulic characteristics of the slurry pipeline transportation,numerical simulation and actual site observation.A formula relating the outlet velocity of slurry and the vertical elevation differences is deduced under the condition of the same filling times line,which has been verified in the process.The author come to the conclusion that the slurry outlet velocity rises with the increase of the vertical elevation difference under the same filling times line,and drops with the increase of the filling times line under the same vertical elevation difference.
