摘要
对不同配比的高浓度水泥金级配尾砂充填料浆进行自然沉降试验,分析相关因素对沉降特性的影响。结果表明。水泥含量对充填料浆沉降性能的影响较大。在特定范围内,质量浓度对沉降速度的影响小于水泥含量的影响。于料中水泥含量从0%增加到20%(即灰砂配比0~1:4)。对应试件的沉降速度逐步减小。充填料浆沉降速度越快。沉降水在总用水中所占的比率随浓度和水泥含量的增加而减小,沉降水与料浆体积比也随浓度和水泥含量的增加而减小。对于具体采场来说,若采用合理有效的脱排水设施将泌出的沉降水及时排出,则能够对料浆凝结硬化起到帮助作用。
The free settling experiments for high-concentration material slurry of cement-full tailing backfill at a different ratio and different concentration are conducted and the effects of the related factors on settling property of the slurry are analyzed. The results show that the effect of the cement dosage on slurry settling property is remarkable, and the effect of the slurry density is weaker than that the cement dosage. Settling velocity of corresponding specimens becomes slower and slower when cement content in dry mixed material increases from 0 to 20 percent (ratio of cement and full tailing from 0 to 1 : 4). The atio of settling water and total water is decreased when concentration and cement content are increased, the ratio of settling water and slurry volume is also decreased when concentration and cement content are increased. For idiographic stope, if drainage establishment is reasonable and effective, then settling water can drain in time, therefore the certain instructive effect to coagulation and induration property of backfill slurry is achieved.
