摘要
针对胶结充填采矿系统中 ,尾砂造浆浓度控制为利用常规方法难以控制的随机性的过程 ,探索将先进的模糊控制引入到尾砂造浆过程的自动控制中 ,以实现比较好的控制效果 .详细介绍了模糊控制器的设计过程 ,表明这种方法设计简单 ,实现容易 .通过仿真试验表明 ,模糊控制鲁棒性好 ,浓度控制可靠、稳定 ,为胶结充填系统的自动控制提供了一种新的控制思路和方法 ,并且对于随机性的非线形系统是一种很好的控制策略 .
In the hydraulic fill system, density control of preparing tailing pulp is a stochastic process which is hardly controlled by routine methods. The advanced fuzzy control method to the process is leaded in order to achieve good control result. The design of fuzzy controller is introduced in detail. It is shown that designing of fuzzy controller is simple and its realization is easy. By the simulating of fuzzy controller, it is shown that robustness of fuzzy control is good and density control of tailing pulp is steady. It provides a new control method for the automatic control of hydraulic fill system and is a good control strategy for a stochastic non linear system.
