护理大专生自我导向学习能力的调查研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的了解护理大专学生自我导向学习能力现状及特点。方法在四川省某高等护理院校随机选取413名全日制在校护理专业大专学生为调查对象,应用自我导向学习评定量表进行调查。结果护理大专生自我导向学习能力总分(212.01±24.65)分,其中人际关系维度得分最高,为(45.25±6.50)分;学习行为维度得分最低,为(39.86±5.95)分。3年制大专生与5年制大专生学习意识维度得分差异有统计学意义(t=4.063,P<0.001)。结论护理大专学生自我导向学习能力为中等水平,其中学习行为更需要加强,应针对学生现状及特点采取相应的教学改革和管理策略,有效提高学生自我导向学习能力。 Objective To investigate the level and characteristic of self-directed learning of associate degree nursing students. Methods A total of 413 associate degree nursing students were investigated with Self-Rating Scale of Self-Directedness in Learning(SRSSDL). Results The total score of SRSSDL among associate degree nursing students was 212.01±24.65. The factor score of interpersonal relationship was the highest(45.25±6.50),while the factor score of learning behavior was the lowest(39.86±5.95). There was significant difference in the factor score of1 earning awareness among students in 3-year versus 5-year program(t=4.063,P〈0.001). Conclusion The self-directed learning ability of associate degree nursing students is at moderate level and their learning behavior needs to be strengthened. It is suggested to take teaching reform and management strategy to improve students' self-directed learning ability aimed at the status and characteristics of associate degree nursing students.
