摘要
目的了解在校大专护生自我导向学习技能的影响因素,从而揭示如何培养在校护生自我导向学习技能。方法采用个人背景资料问卷和自我导向学习技能量表对2年级共202人进行调查,所有数据采用SPSS11.0软件进行统计分析。结果护生的目前自我导向学习能力、目前和入校前学习满意度、每周自学时间、学习动机来源于学习兴趣、有自我导向学习经历为自我导向学习技能的正性影响因素,而学习动机来源于父母要求为负性影响因素。结论提高在校护生自我导向学习技能,必须加强自我导向学习能力、学习意志和学习兴趣的培养,降低父母对护生的压力。
Objective To determine the factors influencing the self-directed learning skill in junior college students,in order to explore the methods of cultivation of their self-directed learning skill.Method 202 students in the twice grade are surveyed by using “Individual Background Information Questionnaire”and “Self-directed Learning Skill Questionnaire”.The data were analyzed by SPSS 11.0 statistics software.Results The positive factors to self-directed learning skill were:students’ current self-directed learning ability,learning satisfaction at present and before enrollment,self-directed learning time per week,learning motivation from own interest,posessing self-directed learning experience.Moreover,leaning motivation from parents demands was the negative factor to self-directed learning skill.Conclusion In order to promote nursing students’ self-directed learning skill,we should strengthen their self-directed ability,foster their learning volition and interest,and relieve the pressures from their parents.
