摘要
适应性是指幼儿园一线教师对《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》的认同的程度和素养的差距程度。针对《标准》中的62项基本要求,自编问卷,对四川680名一线幼儿园教师进行调查,结果表明:幼儿园教师在依据《标准》要求自己时,在理念与师德、专业知识、专业能力方面,不同性别、不同区域的教师存在差异。教师通过《标准》的学习,已经有了较切实的认识,但也存在一些不足,如:尚未能真正将《标准》作为一名合格教师的道德坐标、知识坐标与能力坐标;对《标准》的理解总体上处于"日常工作要求"的层次;理解"刻板"和"僵化",缺乏应有的"诗意";专业活动中盛行"技术性"崇拜、思维形式化。这与《标准》的功用,追求专业自主、专业进步还存在较大差距。
Adaptability refers to the recognition and qualities of kindergarten teachers to “kin-dergarten teachers’professional standards (Trial)”.Based on 62 basic professional standards, questionnaire is made to make an investigation among 680 kindergarten teachers’in Sichuan.Re-sults show that:kindergarten teachers of different genders and different regions differ from each other when disciplining themselves according to the above-mentioned standards,in philosophy and ethics,professional knowledge and professional abilities.Having learned the professional standards,they have had a deeper understanding but there are still some problems,such as not having been able to use the standards as moral coordinates,knowledge coordinates and ability co-ordinates,limiting the understanding of the standards to a daily level,the understanding is still stereotyped or rigid rather than poetic or flexible,and the prevalence of “technical”worship in professional activities,all of which show a big gap from the ideal function of the standards,the pursuit of professional autonomy and professional progress.
