摘要
卓越教师专业标准的制定与实施是教师专业化发展的基本问题。美国、英国、澳大利亚三国都具有相对成熟且符合各国国情的卓越教师专业标准,这有力地推进了各国教师专业化的发展,取得了显著的成效。较之西方发达国家,我国目前还没有一个明确的教师专业标准体系,这事实上阻碍了我国教师专业化的进程,进而影响到教育质量。基此,有必要借鉴西方发达国家的经验,以推动我国教师教育的发展。
Excellent teachers' professional standards and its implementation are the basic issues of teachers' professional development . Firstly , this paper briefly introduced the excellent teacher professional standards in the United States ,Britain , Australia , and analyzed the common ground among them , and their advantages . Secondly , this paper discussed the excellent teachers professional standard in China . Finally ,it reflected the teacher excellence standards at home and abroad .
