摘要
以自动化专业卓越工程师计划为背景,提出围绕"学科竞赛群"理念的实践型本科教育新模式。通过将大跨度的多类型竞赛组合统一,形成面向学科的宽口径培养整体。以"学科竞赛群"为抓手,实现"创新实践"与"创新团队"、"创新教学"交联协同,推进卓越班本科生创新能力培养与实践型课程教学改革的协调发展,全方位培育学生的工程实践意识和主动创新精神,打造符合国家需求的新时代卓越工程人才。
For the outstanding engineers plan in automation major,a new practical mode of undergraduate education based on "discipline competition group"is proposed. By combination of large span multi-type competitions,a widescoped training system is formed. Regard "discipline competition group " as instrumentality,the cross-linking of"innovative practice","innovative team" and "innovative teaching" can be realized. Besides,the coordinated development between innovative ability cultivation of the undergraduates in outstanding engineer classes and reformation in practical teaching can be boosted. Consequently,students' ability of engineering practical consciousness and active innovation spirit can be comprehensively cultivated,thereby a new era of outstanding engineering talents meeting national requirements can be built.
