摘要
目的:设计并实施妇产科门诊自动分诊导医系统,实现妇产科门诊的自动分诊导医,改善妇产科门诊的就诊环境,提高科室运行效率。方法:以医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)为依托,建立专有数据接口,设计搭建服务器数据库驱动的、基于妇产科门诊就诊硬件设施的自动分诊导医系统。结果:实现了在妇产科门诊的自动分诊导医,营造了一个有序、高效、轻松的就医环境。结论:该系统能够为患者提供清晰直接的通知,有助于医院科学化、现代化、数字化建设目标的全面实现,为医院带来较好的经济和社会效益。
Objective To design and implement a triage guiding system for the outpatient service of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods The system was developed based on HIS,specific data interface,server database and hardware facilities in gynecology and obstetrics department.Results The system facilitated the outpatient service of gynecology and obstetrics.Conclusion The system can bring patients clear and direct information,promote the operational efficiency of gynecology and obstetrics department and result in high economic and social benefits for the hospital.
