摘要
从建设目标、设计原则、总体架构、系统流程、功能需求5方面介绍医院门诊诊间排队叫号系统设计情况,阐述系统功能与实现,包括候诊区护士站、医生工作站、诊区排队报到机等,指出该系统有助于优化门诊诊疗流程,改善门诊就医环境,提高工作效率和患者满意度。
The paper introduces the design situation of hospital outpatient queuing and calling system from five aspects of building target,design principle,overall structure,system process and function demand,expounds system function and realization,including waiting area nurse station,doctor workstation,queuing and calling equipment,etc.,points out that the system is helpful to optimize out-patient diagnosis and treatment process,improve outpatient visit environment,work efficiency and patient satisfaction.
