摘要
随着社会的进步和人们生活水平的提高,健康问题逐渐成为人们关注的焦点,笔者所在单位的门诊量不断增加,患者就诊秩序混乱、就诊环境嘈杂等问题日益严重。为了解决患者就诊中存在的问题,提高患者的满意度,笔者所在单位门诊启用了新的分诊叫号系统。基于此,本文介绍了该系统的工作原理、组成及功能。实践表明,该系统可以规范患者就诊秩序,改善患者就诊环境,提高医护人员的工作效率。
With the advancement of society and the improvement of people’s living standards,health problems have gradually become the focus of attention.The number of outpatient clinics in the unit where the author works has been increasing,and the problems of disordered patient consultation and noisy environment have become increasingly serious.In order to solve the problems existing in patients’visits and improve patients’satisfaction,the outpatient department of the unit where the author works has started a new triage calling system.Based on this,this article introduces the working principle,composition and function of the system.Practice shows that the system can standardize the order of patients’visits,improve the environment for patients’visits,and improve the efficiency of medical staff.
