摘要
目的探讨护患沟通技巧在中医科门诊分诊中的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月—2018年3月在中医科门诊接受治疗的100例患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规问题进行解答,在对照组基础上,观察组实施护患沟通技巧,比较2组患者满意度、护理效果。结果对照组护理满意度为68.00%,观察组为94.00%差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,挂号等候时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医科门诊分诊实行护患沟通技巧,可提升护理质量,缩短患者就诊时间,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of nurse-patient communication skills in outpatient triage of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods From April 2017 to March 2018,100 patients were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group was answered with routine questions.On the basis of the control group,the observation group carried out nurse-patient communication skills.The patients’satisfaction and nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 68.00%,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The waiting for registration time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The communication skills between nurses and patients in outpatient department of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the quality of nursing,shorten the time of visiting patients and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
