摘要
采煤塌陷区村庄搬迁工作事关人民群众生命财产安全与当地的社会稳定,是采煤塌陷区治理工作中极其重要的一个环节。当前,随着煤炭开采能力的提升和采煤速度的加快,压煤村庄搬迁工作任务日益艰巨。文中以淮北市采煤塌陷区村庄搬迁工作为例,对其中存在的主要问题逐条进行了较深入的探讨,并提出了一些建议与对策,为相似条件矿井类似工作的开展与实施提供借鉴参考。
Village relocation work of the coal mining subsidence area which was related to people＇s life and property safety and the local social stability was an extremely important link in the governance work. At present, with the de- velopment of speed and ability for coal mining, coal village relocation task became more arduously. In this paper, villages moving work in Huai Bei were taken as an example, more in -depth discussions on the main problem existing in the item were done, and some suggestions and countermeasures were put forward. The paper could provide the reference for similar conditions of coal mine similar work＇s implementation and practice.
