摘要
采煤塌陷区搬迁安置工作,一直困扰着各级政府和采煤企业,为解决这个难题,在村庄搬迁安置工作实践中吸取教训,总结成功经验,遵循国家相关法律法规,结合淮南矿区特点,提出"地矿联手,多措并举"的六点建议,为采煤塌陷区的村庄搬迁工作提供借鉴和参考。
A relocation and settlement work of a coal mining subsidence area is always troubled by each level government and each coal mining enterprise. In order to solve this difficulty, ].essons were obtained from the practices on the village relocation and settlement work, successful experiences summarized and the state related law and regulations were adhered. In combination with the features of the Huainan Mining Area, six proposals with ＂local government and mining enterprise hands with hands, more measures simultaneously＂ were provided to provide the experiences and references to the village relocation and settlement work in the coal mining subsidence area.
