摘要
昭通是国家确定的乌蒙山片区区域发展与扶贫攻坚的主战场,乌蒙山片区贫困面大、贫困程度深、贫困现象复杂、贫困类型综合,是云南省扶贫攻坚的重点和难点地区。本研究立足昭通市乌蒙山片区扶贫开发的历史与当前党委政府的六大举措,剖析了精准扶贫实践中遇到的五个方面的困难,建议采用六方面的措施,做好昭通市乌蒙山片区的精准扶贫工作。
Zhaotong city is the crucial area of Wumeng Mountainous Zone＇s development and poverty alleviation,which is designated by the state.Because of the large-scale depressed area,the extreme poverty,the complex conditions and the combined type of poverty,Zhaotong is the crucial and difficult area of poverty alleviation in Yunnan province.The research report,based on the past experience of the poverty alleviation in Zhaotong and the six measures by the Party committee and the municipal government of Zhaotong,analyzes the five difficulties in the practice of the targeted measures for poverty alleviation,and puts forward six countermeasures for the purpose of fulfilling the task of the targeted measures for poverty alleviation in Zhaotong.
