摘要
立足将乌蒙山古叙地区少数民族非遗文化资源开发与脱贫致富、精准扶贫相互融合,探讨在精准扶贫背景下古叙地区少数民族文化资源开发的新途径,将苗、彝民族自身独特的非遗文化资源开发转化为特色经济优势,实现少数民族文化资源开发与经济资源开发相互支持,相互转化,互惠共赢,共同促进泸州经济文化建设的繁荣发展。
Based on the integration of minority intangible cultural heritage development in Wumengshan Mountain area like Guning and Xuyong and eliminating poverty as well as targeted poverty alleviation,this thesis studies new way of minority intangible cultural heritage development in Guning and Xurong area under the background of targeted poverty alleviation policy.By transforming unique intangible cultural heritage development of Miao and Yi People to characteristic economic advantage,it aims to realize mutual support,mutual transformation,mutual benefit and win-win of minority cultural resources development and economic resources,and finally to jointly promote the prosperity and development of economic and cultural construction.
