创业精神作为一个民族的精神状态,是推动社会进步的强大的精神力量。自主、创新、务实是创新精神的本质;历史性、时代性、普遍性是创业精神的特征;促进人的全面发展、培育民族精神、推动改革开放和现代化建设是创业的精神的主要功能。
As the representation of national ethos,entrepreneurial spirit is a powerful force in promoting the advancement of society.The esseces of the spirit are independent,innovative and progmatic.The features of that are historical,modern and prevalent.To facilitate the comprehensive development of people,foster the ethos,impulse the reform and opening up and the modernization construction are main functions of the spirit.
