摘要
精准医疗为现代医学研究发展的最新方向,中医自古以来是个体化治疗,在一定程度上亦属于精准医疗的概念,中医的辨证施治是建立在对个体证候特征的认知上的个体化诊疗过程,其与精准医学的理念不谋而合,文章基于精准医疗的理念探析中医辨证论治思想的思维创新思路及发展方向,比较辨"证候"与辨"基因体质"两者优势互补的发展前景。指出应将辨证论治的经典辨证理念与精准医疗的高新技术医学理念相结合,进一步阐明中医精准医疗的科学内涵。
Precision medicine is the newest direction of modern medical research,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has been an individualized treatment since ancient times.It also belongs to the concept of ‘precision medical treatment' to a certain extent,TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment is based on the individual syndrome characteristics of the cognitive process of individualized diagnosis and treatment,which coincides with the concept of precision medicine,Based on the concept of precision medicine,this paper analyzes the innovation thought and development direction of ‘treatment based on syndrome differentiation' of TCM,makes a comparison of the development prospects of ‘syndrome differentiation' and ‘genetic constitution',and points out that the dialectical concept of treatment based on syndrome differentiation is combined with the high-tech medicine concept of ‘precision medicine' to further clarify the scientific connotation of traditional Chinese medicine.
