摘要
根据中医“脑神”理论及脑与胃肠在生理上相互联系,病理上相互影响,认为抑郁症病机为“脑神失司,枢机不利”。现代医学也表明胃肠道与中枢神经系统通过神经-内分泌-免疫通路形成双向调节作用,即脑-肠轴为脑肠互动的枢纽。因此,提出“醒脑调枢”针刺法,即脑肠同调的治疗原则,通过脑-脑肠轴上行、下行通路实现醒脑调神、枢利气机的作用,其立论充分,取穴合理,操作可行,将为抑郁症的治疗拓宽新思路,提供新方法。
According to the theory of“brain and spirit”in traditional Chinese medicine and the interconnection between the brain and the gastrointestinal tract in physiology and mutual influence in pathology,it is believed that the pathogenesis of depression is“loss of brain and spirit,unfavorable for the cardinal”.Modern medicine also shows that the gastrointestinal tract and the central nervous system form a two-way regulation through the neuro-endocrine-immune pathway,that is,the brain-gut axis is the hub of the brain-gut interaction.Therefore,the acupuncture method of“Xing Nao Tiao Shu”is proposed,that is,the treatment principle of brain-gut co-ordination,through the ascending and descending pathways of the brain-brain-gut axis to achieve the functions of refreshing the brain,adjusting the spirit,and revitalizing the Qi.Reasonable and feasible,it will broaden new ideas and provide new methods for the treatment of depression.
