摘要
目的:总结《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗口疮的用药特点,为中医临床用药提供参考。方法:归纳《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗口疮的方剂和药物,并对其性、味、归经及功用进行整理,运用Excel2010、SPSS 22.0、Weka 3.8、Cytoscape 3.6.1、复杂系统熵聚类等对数据进行统计分析。结果:共整理457首治疗口疮的方剂,共有中药289味。方中高频药物为甘草、黄连、黄柏、黄芩、冰片等,多属清热药、补虚药,辅以开窍药等,药性寒平为多,药味多苦甘辛,多归肺胃心经。关联规则分析后,可得到桔梗-甘草、麦冬-甘草等药对配伍。利用熵层次聚类方法,挖掘新处方5首,治法以清热泻火为主,兼以消肿散结。结论:《中医方剂大辞典》收录治疗口疮方剂组方以清热泻火为主,兼以敛疮生肌为要。研究结果可为现代临床医师辨证治疗口疮提供参考。
Objective:To summarize the medication characteristics of aphthous ulcer in the dictionary of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,so as to provide reference for clinical medication of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:the prescriptions and drugs for the treatment of aphtha in the dictionary of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were summarized,and their properties,taste,meridian tropism and function were sorted out.The data were statistically analyzed by Excel 2010,SPSS 22.0,Weka 3.8,Cytoscape 3.6.1 and complex system entropy clustering.Results:A total of 457 prescriptions for aphthous ulcer were sorted out,including 289 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.The middle and high frequency drugs are licorice,Coptis,Cortex Phellodendri,Scutellaria baicalensis,borneol and so on.Most of them are antipyretic and tonic,supplemented by resuscitation drugs.They are cold and flat in nature,bitter and sweet in taste,and mostly belong to lung,stomach and heart meridian.After the analysis of association rules,the compatibility of Platycodon Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix Ophiopogonis Glycyrrhizae can be obtained.Five new prescriptions were mined by entropy hierarchical clustering method.The main treatment was clearing heat and purging fire,and eliminating swelling and dispersing nodules.Conclusion:the prescriptions for treating aphthous included in the dictionary of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine mainly focus on clearing away heat and reducing fire,and the most important task is to collect sore and generate muscle,which can provide reference for modern clinicians in treating aphthous based on syndrome differentiation.
