摘要
风药止泻,应用得当,效果显著,甚至有医家言"风药固肠"。文章从解表、升阳、胜湿、健脾、调肝的角度探讨风药固肠止泻的中医理论基础,并查阅相关文献,结合风药单药的现代药理学研究结果,从现代医学的角度阐释风药止泻的机制;在此基础上,溯源相关典籍,简单总结风药临床应用要点,以求对风药的临床应用提供一定的参考。
If applied properly, the decoction with wind drug has a significant effect on antidiarrheal. The paper analyses the mechanism of antidiarrheal decoction with wind drug. It was discussed from the aspectsofrelieving the exterior, shengyang, shengshi, liver-regulating and spleen-strengthening, combined with the research results of modern pharmacology on wind medicinesingle drug. The author also summarizes the clinical application points of wind-drug in order to provide some references for the clinical application.
