摘要
肠易激综合征是一种以慢性、反复性腹痛或腹部不适,同时伴有排便异常及排便习惯改变的一种功能性消化道疾病。其中以腹泻型肠易激综合征最为常见。近年来关于腹泻型肠易激综合征的中医治疗进展斐然。该文就近5年本病的中医药专方治疗、中医外治治疗等方面文献展开综述。
Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is a kind of functional gastrointestinal disease with chronic,recurrent abdominal pain or abdominal discomfort,accompanied by abnormal bowel movements and changes in bowel movements.Among them,diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea(IBS-D)is most common.Recent years progress on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of IBS-D has been remarkable.The paper reviewed the special prescriptions of TCM treatment and external treatment of TCM in five years.
