摘要
目的:初步评价益气温阳护卫法对支气管哮喘缓解期(气阳虚弱证)患者的有效性和安全性。方法:符合纳入标准患者按就诊时间分为益气温阳护卫汤组(A组)63例,沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂组(B组)63例。两组治疗期12周,每4周复诊1次;随访期12周,每4周随访1次。结果:A组对中医证候总体疗效优于B组(P<0.01)。A组自汗感冒、鼻塞流涕喷嚏、畏寒肢冷、倦怠鼻冷等气阳虚弱证单项中医症状改善优于B组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。A组ACT评分较治疗前提高,与B组疗效相当;随访期第8周开始,A组对ACT评分影响优于B组(P<0.05)。治疗结束后两组均未出现血、尿、便常规及肝、肾功能异常。结论:益气温阳护卫汤可改善哮喘缓解期患者的气阳虚弱临床证候。
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety on the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma patients in remission stage with qi and yang deficiency syndrome by the methods of benefiting qi, warming yang and protecting defensive qi. Methods: Patients who matched with the inclusion criteria were divided into A group(Yiqi Wenyang Huwei Decoction group) for 63 cases and B group(salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder inhalation group) for 63 cases. Two groups were treated for 12 weeks, followed by a visit of once every 4 weeks. The follow-up period was 12 weeks, and followed up once every 4 weeks. Results: TCM syndrome curative effect of group A was better than that of group B(P<0.01). In group A, the improvement of single symptom of qi and yang deficiency syndrome including spontaneous sweating, cold, stuffy nose, runny nose, sneezing, aversion to cold, lassitude and cold nose were better than group B(P<0.01, P<0.05). The ACT score of A group was higher than before the treatment, and the curative effect was similar with group B. After the follow-up period of 8th weeks, the ACT score of A group was better than that of B group(P<0.05). After treatment, there was no abnormal condition of routine test of blood, urine, stool and liver and kidney function in both two groups. Conclusion: Yiqi Wenyang Huwei Decoction could improve the clinical syndrome of qi deficiency and yang deficiency in patients with asthma in remission stage.
