摘要
目的:通过对支气管哮喘急性发作诱因的帕累托分析,探讨其规律,寻找诱发哮喘急性发作的主要因素,为支气管哮喘防治工作重点提供客观依据。方法:应用SPSS11.0统计分析2000年1月-2005年1月期间在广东省中医院珠海医院就诊患者哮喘急性发作诱因,同时进行按性别、季节、气候等因素分类,分别进行帕累托分析。结果:总体而言,上呼吸道感染、尘螨、花粉、屋尘为哮喘急性发作的主要诱因;但其发作诱因男、女不同,春夏季与秋冬季亦有别。
Objective ：Through pareto analysis of trigger factors for the bronchial asthma attacks, to find the primary trigger factors, It will provide the objective evidents for preventing and conrtolling the asthma. Methods ：We collects all the trigger factors for asthma attacks of patients those receive treaments in Guangdong Provlnec Chinese medecine hospital zhuhai hospital from Janury,2000, to Januray,2005, at the same time carries on classification according to the sex, sea- son, climate, carries on the pareto analysis separately. Results ：All in all, the upper respiratory infection, the mite, the pollen, the room dust are the main cause which break out asthma; but it manifests the cause of male, female is different, the spring summer and the fall winter is also different.
