摘要
在我们目前开展的住院医师规范化培训和临床医学专业学位研究生"双轨合一"培养模式下,研究生的临床思维和技能得到加强,但是科研能力和论文写作能力减弱,人文精神和医德教育的重视程度不足。多年实践使我们体会到,科室在研究生的综合素质培养尤其在人文和道德培养中发挥至关重要的作用,在一定程度上决定了研究生的培养质量,而研究生的培养又能促进科室的建设和发展,两者相辅相成。
In the new ＂track one＂ training mode of the clinical postgraduate education and standardized training of residencies,although the clinical thinking and clinical practice ability of clinica1 medicine professional degree graduate students has been strengthened,while the scientific research ability and human spirit cultivation is weakened.This is not in accordance with the target at training clinical professiona1 degree graduate students.Through literature research and our many years＇ clinical practices,we think clinical division groups play key role during the clinical postgraduate,education,particularly in human spirit cultivation.
