摘要
临床专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训"双轨合一"人才培养模式为专业学位教育与职业认证的衔接提供了新的思路,对于研究生教育由以培养学术型人才为主,向以培养学术型和应用型人才并重的战略转变,具有重大推进效果。通过文献研究,文章介绍了临床专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训"双轨合一"人才培养模式出现的背景,总结了"双轨合一"模式的主要内容、在国内开展情况及该模式存在的主要问题。
The ＂ track one＂ training mode of the clinical postgraduate education and standardized training of residencies provides a new way of thinking for the organic convergence of the professional degree education and professional certification, and has significant propulsion effect for the postgraduate education fostering academic-oriented talents turning to the postgraduate education fostering both academic and applied talents. Through literature research, this article describes the the background of the mode, and summed up the maan content and the carrying case of the mode and the main problem that the mode had in the country.
