摘要
研究生教育是国家医学教育层次结构中最高的教育等级,承担着培养高素质创新型人才的重要使命.完善医学学术学位研究生培养体系、培养创新思维与科研能力兼具的医学人才,已成为各高校探索教育发展改革的工作重点,为我国医疗卫生事业的可持续性发展提供了有力的保障.本文从当前医学学术学位研究生教育中存在的主要问题入手,探讨其培养模式的优化,阐述多导师共同培养以及跨学科教育的可行性和必要性,并从科研水平的提升、论文书写与发表能力的提升、充分利用网络优质资源和临床实践以及防范学术不端行为几方面探讨提升医学学术学位研究生各方面能力的策略.
Graduate education is the highest level of education in the national medical education hierarchy,and it undertakes the essential mission of cultivating high-quality innovative talents.Improving the medical academic graduate training system and cultivating medical talents with innovative thinking and scientific research capabilities have become the focus of the research and development of universities,providing a strong guarantee for the sustainable development of China's medical and health undertakings.Starting from the current problems existing in the education of medical academic graduates,the optimization of cultivating model was explored.This paper expounded the feasibility and necessity of multitutor cultivating and interdisciplinary education.Moreover,the strategies to improve the abilities of medical academic degree postgraduates from the aspects of scientific research,paper writing and publishing,making full use of network resources and clinical practice,prevention of academic misconduct was discussed in this paper.
