摘要
口腔医学研究生教育旨在培养有创新思维方式、科研能力和临床处理能力的高层次口腔医学专业人才,其中科研能力的培养是口腔医学研究生教育的主要内容,是提高口腔医学研究生综合素质能力的重要手段。尤其是近年来,随着我国社会经济快速发展及口腔医学科技的不断进步,口腔医学专业亟需高端人才,特别对高、精、尖类口腔医学创新型人才的需求尤为迫切。要培养高素质的口腔医学创新型人才,研究生阶段科研能力的培养不可或缺,这既有利于将科学理论与临床实践融为一体,也利于提高研究生发现问题、解决问题的能力。本文作者在指导研究生科研过程中积累了一定的经验,提出了自己对口腔医学研究生科研能力培养的几点思考。
With the rapid development of social economy and continuous progress of science and technology in China,there is an urgent need for high-end talents in stomatology,especially for the innovative talents in advanced oral medicine.In order to cultivate high-quality innovative talents in oral medicine,the cultivation of scientific research ability in postgraduate stage is indispensable.It is not only beneficial to the integration of scientific theory and clinical practice,but also in favor of improving the ability of postgraduate students to find problems and solve problems.The authors of this paper has accumulated some experiences in guiding the research of stomatology postgraduates,and put forward some thoughts on the cultivation of the research ability of postgraduate students in stomatology.
