摘要
文章首先针对动态环境下跨系统信息资源管理活动开展滞后、信息资源整合不深入以及内容无法有效关联的问题,提出一种以实体为中心的信息资源管理模式。然后,将实体信息资源划分为核心信息、长期信息和短期信息三类,应用大数据、元数据等技术手段,通过采集、识别、匹配、关联四个环节,构建以实体为中心的信息网络,进一步识别信息资源跨系统流转的不同形式。最后,应用所提出的模式对企业信用信息管理这一典型问题进行了分析,从信用信息构成、管理和提供三方面提出改进建议。
An entity-center information resources management model is proposed to manage the cross-system information resources in dynamic environment,solving the problems of behindhand management,superficial integration and inefficient content connection.Information resources of entity are classified into core information,long-term information and short-term information.Entity-center information network is constructed through gathering,identifying,matching and connecting with the application of information technology such as big data and metadata.The ways information resources flowing between systems are further discussed.Enterprise credit information resources management is analyzed as a typical example and improvement suggestions are proposed.
