摘要
电力装备制造业作为装备制造业的重要组成部分,经过几十年的发展,在核心技术和关键装备制造方面取得了长足的进步,但客户服务方面仍然在很大程度上沿袭传统的服务模式。随着大数据技术和产业的发展,依托大数据技术提升电力装备制造企业的客户服务能力值得探究。在分析大数据产业类型及特征的前提下,在分析和研究电力装备制造企业的数据需求的基础上,探究电力装备企业客户服务与大数据融合的路径与模式,以期对提升电力装备制造企业客户服务能力和水平提出思路和建议。
As an important part of equipment manufacturing industry,electric power equipment manufacturing has made great progress in core technology and key equipment manufacturing after decades of development.However,customer service still follows the traditional service mode to a great extent.With the development of big data technology and industry,how to rely on big data technology to improve the customer service ability of power equipment manufacturing enterprises is worth exploring.On the premise of analyzing the types and characteristics of big data industry and analyzing and studying the data demand of electric power equipment manufacturing enterprises,this paper explores the path and mode of integration of customer service and big data in electric power equipment enterprises.In order to improve the power equipment manufacturing enterprise customer service capacity and level of ideas and suggestions.
