摘要
研究了某低品位氧化铅锌矿选铅尾矿中锌的浮选工艺,并对不同药剂的用量进行了试验研究。采用硫化-胺法浮锌的闭路工艺流程,当磨矿细度-74μm占80%时,锌回收率达到49.05%;而当药剂用量为硫化钠8000g/t、硫酸铜1000g/t、六偏磷酸钠(Na_6P_6O_(18))500g/t、混合胺(十二胺∶十八胺=1∶2)200g/t时进行锌粗选试验,锌品位9.06%,锌回收率达到53.99%,闭路实验最终获得锌品位为30.01%,锌回收率为60.76%的锌精矿。
The zinc flotation process from lead tailings of a low-grade oxide lead-zinc ore was studied, and the amounts of different agents were analyzed experimentally. The closedcircuit technological process of sulfide-xanthate floating lead was carried out. When the grinding fineness of -74 μm acCounted for 80%, the zinc recovery reached 49.05 %. Under the conditions of the sodium sulfide pharmacy 8000 g/t, copper sulfate 1000 g/t, sodium hexametaphosphate (Na6P6O18)500 g/t and mixed amine (dodecylamine : octadecylamine = 1 : 2) 200 g/t, the zinc grade and zinc recovery would respectively reach 9.06 % and 53.99 % in rough selection. As a result, a zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 30.01% and Zn recovery of 60.76% could be obtained.
