摘要
针对四川某混合铅锌矿氧化率高、矿物组成主要为方铅矿、闪锌矿、白铅矿、菱锌矿、石英、白云石的矿石性质特征,按照先硫后氧、优先浮选的分选原则,进行了硫化铅矿物、硫化锌矿物、氧化矿铅锌矿物的回收试验研究。闭路试验分别获得了Pb品位57.32%和45.57%的2种铅精矿、 Zn品位48.66%锌精矿以及Pb品位29.22%、Zn品位20.83%的混合精矿,铅锌综合回收率分别为91.35%、88.63%,可为同类型矿石开发利用提供参考。
In view of the ore properties of a mixed lead-zinc ore in Sichuan with high oxidation rate and main mineral composition of galena, sphalerite, scheelite, siderite, quartz and dolomite, the recovery tests of lead sulfide minerals, zinc sulfide minerals and lead-zinc oxide minerals were carried out according to the separation principle of sulfur first, oxygen second and preferential flotation. Two kinds of lead concentrate with Pb grade of 57.32% and 45.57%, zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 48.66%, and mixed concentrate with Pb grade of 29.22% and Zn grade of 20.83% were obtained in close circuit test. The comprehensive recovery rates of lead and zinc were 91.35% and 88.63%, respectively, which can provide a reference for the development and utilization of similar ores.
