摘要
研究了浮选锂云母矿物的新捕收剂BK307,同时将BK307与混合胺浮选锂云母进行了比较。当BK307与混合胺用量相等时,锂云母精矿除品位提高外,回收率由69.5％提高到77.10％;当BK307与混合胺分别使用时的回收率相等时,除精矿品位有提高外,总药剂量大约减少28％。BK307是一种比混合胺具有更高选择性的浮选锂云母矿物的新捕收剂。
A new collector BK307 for lepidolite flotation is investigated and
compared with mixed amine. When the dosage of BK307 is equal to that of mixed amine in lepidolite flotation, the recovery of lepidolite concentrate is enhanced from 69.50% to 77;10% in addition to the enhancement of concentrate grade. When the recovery of lepidolite with BK307 is equal to that of mixed amine in lepidolite flotation, the dosage of BK307 decreases approximately by 28% in comparison to mixed amine in addition to the enhancement of concentrate grade. BK307 is proved to be a new and highly selective collector for lepidolite flotation in comparison to mixed amine.
