某白云岩型铅锌矿选别试验研究

摘要 对某白云岩型低品位铅锌矿进行了工艺矿物学研究,发现该矿铅锌的氧化率高,矿石中Pb品位为1.92%,Zn品位为4.35%,属难选细粒矿石。通过探索试验研究,在磨矿细度-0.076 mm占89.2%的条件下,硫化铅和氧化铅分别粗选后的精矿合并经三次精选,锌经一粗二扫三精的闭路试验,可获得铅精矿含铅品位45.23%、回收率84.75%,夹杂含锌7.43%,锌精矿中含锌品位30.58%、回收率81.93%,夹杂含铅1.32%,尾矿中含铅0.14%,锌0.77%的较好指标。 This paper studied the mineralogy of a dolostone type low grade lead-zinc ore. It found the ore is difficult to choose that the oxide rates of lead ( Pb grade of 1.92% ) and zinc ( Zn grade of 4.35 % ) are high. Under the grinding fineness - 0. 076 mm of 89.2% , the better results of lead concentrate grade of 45.23%, recovery of 84.75% ,bearing zinc grade of 7.43% ,zinc concentrate grade of 30. 58% ,recovery of 81.93% ,bearing lead grade of 1.32% ,the tailings bearing lead grade of 0. 14%, zinc grade of 0. 77% were obtained through the open circuit tests that three cleaning of mixed rougher concentrate of lead sulfide and lead oxide, one roughing two scavenging three cleaning of zinc rougher concentrate.
